In an interacial marriage is it really 50/50 for the kid's physical features?

In most interracial families I see, the kids mostly take on more of the physical features of the father. For example my high school has a lot of Eurasian (half White and Asian) kids. The ones with White fathers have brown hair, pale skin, and hazel eyes. The ones with Asian fathers and White mothers have dark brown hair, pale skin, and brown eyes.

My friend whose Asian has a sister that married a Black man, all of their children don't look Asian at all but I saw this Asian guy with a Black wife, his kid is light tan with Asian facial features.

Do they really look more of what their fathers are? In bio I learned that its 50/50. Can someone explain?

Thanks.

I think with any combination of race, it is up in the air. You never know what your children will have!!!

I think it has more to do with dominant and recessive traits more than anything else.

I really think you should have paid more attention in bio.

Interesting. I am Black and have 3 bi-racial children. They all have my caramel brown skin, but his hair. I think their features are a combination of us both. And all 3 have his fiery temper.

Look at personality and DNA features as well...

All biracials have different looks, Iv'e seen some that looked 50/50 like my cousins who are korean(the mother is asian and the fathris black), they look more korean but you can tell they're mixed with black because of their mixed hair, lips, and skin color.
