I hate going to the salon for a trim - no matter where I go, my hair looks too "coiffed" and I feel uncomfortable until I can get home, wash it and style it myself. I tend to trim my hair myself in between cuts so I don't have to go so often.

usually darker genes come out stronger. but thers no guarante. you can tell anything by looking at some children. i saw a couple on tv where the wife was white the husband was black, they had twin (fraternal ) girls one was as white as an full white person with blonde hair and everything, the other although somewhat light skinned was clearly black. the wife hadnt had an affair with a white man either. it was just one of those 1 in 1 million things were certain genes dominated for some reason. they said it was hard explaing to people they were both their biological children together....

also my cousin is black and white. her skin is as fair and white as mine (im all white) but she has very ethnic hair.

odds are though they would be olive skinned, with dark or brown hair. but its not guaranteed

usually the italian darkness prevails, but i think there might be blue/blonde in egypt...not sure of malta. if the father has blue eyes and blonde hair it is possible. if the father has dark hair and eyes i would look into a paternity test. i'm not sure it's possible for 2 brown-eyed people to have a blue-eyed kid.

The kids can look like anything, because sometimes genetic traits can skip generations. I have Italian cousins who are all red haired and blue eyed, but both parents are brown haired and brown eyed.

HOWEVER, there are always exceptions and your child may turn out to have any combination of eye and skin color. Brown eyes tend to predominate.

before either store will let you model for them, you have to be a floor model for their store first. so you'll have to wait until you're 17 to get a job at hollister/abercrombie or 18 at abercrombie and fitch. it's an easy job, and it's fun. they will automatically take pictures of you there to send to their regional supervisor, and if they like your look, they will send them to a higher authority and then they will get in touch with you to model for them.

after working there and you still want to model for them, send pictures of yourself to them via their website, and if you want them to take you seriously, i suggest you get a proffesional portfolio made. good luck!

first off, you SAY you look like adiana lima but her bone structure is so unique and incredibly rare i doubt you have it. the minimal height for a model is 5'6"/5'7". i'm 5'9" and my agency barely wanted me because i was too short. if you lose 20 pounds they wont want you because you'll ruin their customer pool because they'll think your anorexic. My contract is yearly for $60, 000 for various jobs. right now they'll clothes won't look good because you have curves. they are extremely picky. now, to see what they think of you hang around their stores, and if they like you they'll tell you. thats what i did.

I was absent from class the day we were using the vandigraph (sp?) generator. The class work I'm supposed to do to make up for it is to say what the vandigraph generator is/ what it does. It is no where in our science textbooks, and all my teacher did was say what I'm supposed to do, that's why I'm not sure how to even spell it. I agree, the whole concept of 'scene' is totally stupid. I mean, do they really look at themselves in the mirror and say "I look good." Thats absolutely rediculous. It really is going to depend upon your budget. If you want to spend $1,000, I'd go for a US Fender Strat. Hey, Clapton plays it!

If you're more limited in $, the Mexican Fenders are well made and less than $500 new. You could pick one up on eBay or at Guitar Center or Sam Ash.

Alright, so since it is your first guitar I would go to a local Guitar Center, or a Music Go Round, (They're probably in the phone book, but if not Guitar Center has a website where you can find a local dealer www.guitarcenter.com). Guitar Center has lots of nice guitars used for very cheap so I would definitly try them out. and for your first guitar I would say don't go over $150. That may seem too little, but you would be surprised with what kind of guitar you can get used for cheap.

Electric or acoustic, expensive or inexpensive? An acoustic doesn't need any accessories but an electric needs an amp. I like Yamaha acoustics and they have inexpensive, good guitars. Gibson makes great electrics. Epiphone makes good, inexpensive ones. Your best bet is to do a google search and then go to a music store that sells the ones you picked. Don't let them pressure you, tell them you will call them when you need help. Or, if you don't mind used, Try some pawn shops. Usually you will be able to try them out there

maybe this step help.... when buying a guitar, the first thing that attracts you is the color. you must like the color! then, the style.( what kind of band player or are you in? ) rock,folk ,country, jass,what ever,etc. coz, if your a rocker or pop player,when it come to fender,,, the choice is strato caster. if your an instrumentalist or in jass music, well you need a guitar which has a more "spacey" sound. fender telecaster is the choice. next to consider is the touch.i know you wont like a guitar with too much tension on the strings! it must be just right to your touch for you to attain the mood and hand speed you need when playing.bar or fret space or distance must be perfect according to your finger length.(you know what i mean) and the frets must be in perfect distance so that it will produce a good whole notes.last is the guitars overall picture. consider all of the above and your investment on your first guitar is a fortune. good luck, happy guitar hunting.(",)

you need to go to a music store to at least play them. all companies make good guitars but not all feel the same. only you will know what neck/weight/bodystyle/price is right for you.

I for one cannot play tele's. it just doesn't feel right to me. even though I love the sound.

I'd suggest either a squire strat (made by fender...and they are a decent guitar for starters)...or go with an epiphone special(made by gibson)....they are reasonably priced and are cool guitars...i bought one as a backup and still have it today (i got it 9 years ago)....also BC Rich has decent starter packages if you want to look into that... www.musiciansfriend.com Id go with a cheaper guitar at first that way if you decide you dont like it....ya didnt lose much....good luck and rock on

My skin is fair, I have light freckles, and if I wear a foundation I use the color ivory, not too yellow or pink - I have to choose a neutral color because too much pink and I look washed out and too much yellow I'll look sallow. My face is ruddy but my body isn't and my face flushes easily. When I'm in bright sunlight I look kinda pink. My eye color is hazel, green with the middles golden brown. My natural hair color is medium to light brown with a red color to it but it isn't obvious unless under good lighting (I was born a strawberry blonde, had beige blonde hair as a kid, hair went from light auburn to dark auburn as a teen and now it's more brown..if that helps at all.) I recenlty dyed my hair bright auburn blonde and it looks like crap on me, makes my skin look even pinker. I would have thought I was warm but I have blue tinted veins, so I don't know.

If your hair naturally has red highlights, you very likely have a warm skin tone. Also, "ivory" coloured foundation generally has a yellow undertone, not a neutral one, so if it works for you you probably have a warm undertone.

Keep in mind that not all warm colours will look good on you; there are two warm colour seasons: Spring and Autumn. If you look good in muted colours (like olive green or mustard yellow) you're an Autumn. If you look good in clear colours (like coral pink or a clear turquoise) you're a Spring.

Autumns generally don't look good in any kind of pink, whereas Springs do look good in some pinks. If your face flushes easily, that usually is a sign of a Spring; as is having blonde hair that darkened as you got older.

I was told in order to find your skin tone, tie a pink scarf (material scrap, whatever you have) around your head, like a headband, covering your hair. Then, do the same with a peach colored scarf. Which one do you think looks best on you? Pink=cool. Peach=warm. If both look equally good on you the you are neutral and can wear it all. From what you have said about your coloring, I would think that greens and chocolates, lavender would look nice on you.

If you go to the mall to Dillard's or Macy's and visit the prescriptives counter they will do a free color analysis on you and tell you. There are four different skin tone colors. (yellow- orange, red, blue red, red-orange)and I have to get my foundation custom made because my skin tone is hard to match. Ive got three kids and with my boy I never experienced that, but with my girl...OH MY GOD! She started around 18 months, but by the time she hit 3 she was tolerable, it only got better after that, shes 6 now and still has her moments, but she's lovely.

I guess it depends on the child and their personality, but I think the closer she comes to 3 she has more of an understanding of things so it gets a little easier.

Have you read 'Toddler Taming' by Dr Christopher Green? I really recommend it, it has the greatest advice on how to handle our lovely little terrors! Good Luck!

Look for a mother's day out program, or even a mini-preschool. You just need a break from mommy-dom...which isn't bad at all! It's great for the kids as well, they get to spend some time with other kids. That will give you time to do stuff for yourself. I was alot more patient with my kids when I spent some time away from them.

I honestly am quite tired of it. I know not all Eurasians are cocky but I know most are. Examples: a girl who's Chinese/European seems to think she can "switch" from "acting White" to "acting Asian", a hair washer asked an Asian customer what ethnicity her fiance was, and when she said he was French the hair washer said, "Your kids will be so cute. That's what I am." Someone on Answers bragged about how her mixed ethnicity attracted attention from guys. Rob Schneider is part Filipino but plays roles that are offensive to Asians.

I think there's a difference between being proud of your race and being a jerk and making yourself superior to other races. It's a good sign that races are intermixing, but at the same time I think the products of interracial mixing are only concerned with their looks and don't care to actually get to know where they came from.

Insecurity is my guess. They are doing it out of over-compensation. Just like in other situations, where it's usually the flashiest, loudest, most noticeable, or at least trying to be noticed people are the most insecure ones. Or the ones who you think is most aggressive in front of you, or the ones who makes you question why that person is being so unreasonably hostile towards you, when it's uncalled for, are the most insecure ones, trying to make up for the qualities they lack or think they lack.

Of course not all are like this. Quite often, it's the bad apples that we hear because they are the most noticeable/loudest due to their nature.

Good. I like the first one best. Try to make your readers visualize and feel what your speaking about, not tell them exactly what it is. Poetry is about conveying thoughts through words but not telling a story. (cause that would be ..... writing a story)

For example. rather than "My hair fell out" something more like "the thin whispy hair fell to the ground like feathers on the wind" or "the sun shined on the hairless scalp"

and "my skin dicolored"..... what color was is? what did it feel like? what did the color represent?

Try using a deep conditioner. Aussie has a 3 minute miracle shampoo, you can wash your hair at night and leave the conditioner on, then wash it off the next morning. That should help it look healthier. Also if you straighten or blow dry your hair that could be the problem. Try using a heat protecting spary and get your hair cut regularly.

Well hair changes as you age--and also with excessive use of products, color, heat, etc. If the ends of your hair are dead, I would first suggest getting a trim. That will encourage follicle growth. Second, I would deep condition with either hot oil treatments or leave-in conditioners. They are many kinds--choose one that is appropriate for your hair type--wavy, straight, curly, etc. I would also use a hair protectant when styling and even when going out in the sun, whcih can also cause damage. Eventually your hair will becomes healthier--it may not be 100% like when you were a child, but close :)

Slow down,man !! Maybe you are just to paranoid for the Internet. When I first started to use this wonderful invention where any of your questions be answered by the input of many and then you can go through all of the answers and ultimately you'll have more information and you can decide for yourself, at that point. Perhaps the parent spends alot of time or money doing the child's hair and is too frugal or lazy to redo the child's hair. If the child's hair requires alot of care then perhaps the parent should find an easier style to maintain or get a rubber swim cap for the child. Some hair is easily damaged as in breakage if you don't get chlorine out and for some the chlorine can cause an undesirable color change. Overall, any parent that yells at their child for getting their hair wet needs to get a life.
