Hard white things in hair?

I have these hard white things that are on my scap or sometimes attached to the hair strands. I don't think it's lice, scap is never itchy and I'm pretty clean, and I never had lice when I was a kid. I have some dandruff, but these white things are hard and are like little "pebbles" or sand-like.

Nits for sure, lice eggs. You need to see the doctor for a prescription treatment. You can try OTC products buy they just aren't that effective and if you have so many nits that you see them that easily you'd better get started as soon as possible.

Those "hard white things" are called Nits aka lice eggs....

OTC treatments work....but sounds like you got a bad case....go to Dr.

You have to treat your hair, home, car etc....and then retreat, and retreat...they can come back, if you don't.

You don't feel a lot of itching yet -- wait till those eggs hatch!
