hi, i'm 13 years old and I will be competing in the national american miss pageant this summer, I still haven't picked out my dress and I was wondering if you could give me any advice?
5'3, 90lbs (size 00/XS, or a 12 in kids)
Brown Hair, Blue/Grey eyes
it has to be "age appropriate"

go to your local bridal boutique and try gowns by alyce designs, tiffany designs, mon cherie, and morilee. as a teen contestant, you should not show cleavage, no low backs, cutouts, or leg slits. poofy gowns are popular for your age group. mature cuts and colors are discouraged. keep your hair soft and natural, but off the face. check with your state director about makeup... last i heard, no one 13 and under was allowed to wear any. good luck and have fun!
