Help Old kids Tv show, cant remember the name.?

I think it might have been a nickelodeon show but I might be wrong.

It was about a girl and the were made differently. The characters had grey bodys but colored clothes and the were kind of a square type shape. They kind of looked liked paper dolls. But the main character had short brown hair and of course grey freckles and the bully had blonde curly hair and wore pink.
