how about party planner? the parents give you the budget, and 20%-30% of it is for your profit? Kids from 4-15 maybe, and ur might be dealing with stuff from magicians to DJs

Always.Location is key, maybe by a park or school, and in an area, where both parents work and dont have time to do anything themselves.
