Well it depends on your hair type, right. If your hair isn't naturally straight then this look will be hard to achieve, right. You could try growing your hair to the desired length and then using straightening proucts and a flat-iron and that should do the trick :)

Don't forget that alot of the skaters also straghten thier hair. I don't think that anybody except Chinese people have really straight hair (which is cool!) So maybe grow it out, and get it cut at a salon and straghten it FLAT to your head.
