we have asked for an emergency hearing what are the chances the judge will make her take a drug test,we want a hair sample no kids involved in the divorce she has 2 contemp charges pending and i pay 300 in alimony we are trying to get alimony drop if she has money for drugs then she doesnt need alimony,

My guess is that you have a temporary order for separate support and maintainance which is not alimony, alimony happens once you are divorced. Good chance of her being tested. You may want to shell out some $$$ for a PI though in case she passes and try to get her for adultery since it bars (blocks) alimony. If you have an attorney, talk to them about this, if not, go get one.
