alright so I saw this off a movie where a guy had a gun tucked in his pants and hed lift up his shirt and i messed around with my friends in school but it was my pubic hair I Know it was Stupid.. but somhow some other younger kids saw and contacted the Canadian Police Yes I live in canada, What Could the police do to me if anything? is that a sex offense? or what..... I Was also suspended from school for 2 days...... aand the parents of the kids who saw contacted the School & Police I Guess But again I'm from canada. Can the police do anything to me? By the way I'm 16 years old.

There is no offence for simply showing pubic hair in public in Canada.

Was your "willy" sticking out of your pants? Where you doing some kind of sexual act along with it? ( like gyrating hips or touching it with your hands?) If you were, you could be charged with an "indecent act" or if any of the kids were under fourteen who saw you show your willy, you could get charged with "exposing yourself to someone under 14yrs". They are considered sex offences however they are considered minor. If you are charged you would have to appear in court. If you have no criminal record, you might get off with a diversion program because of your age. You might also be found guilty and get probation. It is extremely unlikely you will go to jail for this kind of offence if you have no existing record.

If you commit a similar offence anywhere in Canada your name will pop up as having done this before (even if you are not charged). You can see how a simple "joke" can have unwanted results.
