I think it's ignorant and childish for them to be classified as "emo" (emotional).

A lot of people are emotional...

-parents

-rape victims

-the abused

-the homeless

-the jobless

-the lonely

-every day people who are just simply emotional.

that doesn't mean you should look at them and their choice of style and call them emo.

if you do, you just need to grow up.

Do you really want to spend the rest of your life all cut up and scarred? It becomes an addiction sometimes and you'll eventually want to stop and it will be so hard. Good luck to you and your friends. Cool hair is one thing!! Scars are something else. What are you rebelling or running from? What pain are you trying to hide or show with your permanent scars?

im not gonna answer like the rest of these people. i think emo is fine. i have friends that are emo and im only part emo tho i dress in a unquie way. but i think emo peoples are way funner to hang wit and stuff they are easy to be around. but u dont have to be miserable:)
